Case Study - Eyetracking report for World of Tanks
Project Summary

The idea of this study is to analyze the UI of the then most current version of World of Tanks and see player use and player behavior in regards of the combat UI.
For this study, the main demographic for the study were players who had a substantial amount of experience with World of Tanks (over 10.000 battles). |
My Contribution

For this particular study, I performed all of the data collection, as well as the data analysis.

Goal
|
See which of the different UI elements are used by highly skilled players, and what elements from the main combat HUD aren't used by them.

Process
|
For the test, each participant played on their own personal account as they normally would at home. This was a completely qualitative study, so there wasn't any for of quantitative data (so we didn't have them take any survey). For data collection and analysis I used the Gazepoint Eyetracker.
